My question is, how many calories would be most beneficial for me? I'm currently eating 3000 calories a day while training, and 2500 on days I'm not training. I feel great as I have a lot more freedom but it feels too easy. Just as a side note, I have cut down to 2000 calories in the past, and had great success.

Resting Calories is a complete joke --- as of now 2205 BST, 467 active calories, perhaps a little generous and 2293 resting calories, total of calories 'used so far today' = 2760, about 600 too high. Something is very wrong and could cause you to gain pounds when using as a guide on how much to eat.
